Agreement to Terms

By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before working with CountyWorks Lorain Concrete. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please contact us before proceeding with any service request.

Service Scope

We provide professional concrete services including driveways, patios, walkways, foundations, and related concrete work in Lorain, OH and surrounding areas. Each project includes a detailed estimate before work begins. You have the right to review and approve all plans before we start.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided free of charge and remain valid for 30 days. Final pricing may vary if project scope changes or unforeseen conditions arise. We will notify you of any changes and get your approval before proceeding with additional work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before starting work and final payment upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Any payment disputes should be raised within 10 days of project completion.

Scheduling and Delays

We make every effort to complete your project on schedule. However, weather conditions, material availability, and other factors beyond our control may cause delays. We will communicate any scheduling changes as soon as possible and work with you to minimize inconvenience.

Property Access and Preparation

You agree to provide clear access to the work area and remove any obstacles that could interfere with our work. We will protect your property during the project, but you should secure or move any valuable items near the work area. You are responsible for marking any underground utilities before we begin.

Warranty and Workmanship

We stand behind our work. Our workmanship warranty covers defects in installation for one year from completion date. This warranty does not cover damage from improper use, settling, freeze-thaw cycles beyond normal expectations, or issues caused by factors outside our control. Concrete naturally develops minor cosmetic cracks, which are not covered under warranty.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your project before work begins with written notice. If materials have been ordered or work has started, you may be responsible for costs already incurred. We will provide a detailed breakdown of any cancellation fees.

Liability and Insurance

We carry full liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. Our liability is limited to the contract value of your project. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that were not properly marked or disclosed before we began work.

Dispute Resolution

If any issues arise during or after your project, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving concerns quickly and fairly. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication. Any disputes that cannot be resolved will be handled according to Ohio state law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website with the date of last update shown at the top of this page.
